Placing an order and completing the checkout process you are accepting Hot Head Gear, Inc. terms and conditions that are stated below.
Return and Exchange Policies – Store credit and exchanges only!
Hot Head Gear is committed to your full satisfaction of your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return the unused garment/product, please read our guidelines below. Return freight is paid by the customer.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your items.
Credit and exchangers only! Merchandise must be in the original packaging
No refunds, store credit and/or exchanges on clearance and closeout or items.
No returns on washed, worn, or damaged garment/product.
E-mail customerservice@hotheadgear.com for a Return Authorization number to be put on all packages.
No credit or exchanges without a valid Return Authorization number.
Send the unused garment/product and original packaging back to insure full credit is issued for the full value.
Please include a letter and a copy of original invoice referencing your order, contact information, and if you would like credit or exchange on what is being returned. Once we approve your return you will receive a confirmation email.
